DELIVERY AND SHIPPING POLICY

Itajherbs.com has an efficient supply-chain system in place. We provide cost-effective shipping to all our customers including quality packaging, re-dispatch inspections, faster on-time deliveries, and after-sales communications at different stages of shipment.

Each order we receive is processed within two 2 to 48 hours, and you hear from us as soon as our supply chain starts. We partner with the best logistical services providers to ensure that our products reach you on time.

Delivery Coverage

We ship our products across India and to many international destinations. International shipment is delivered through registered international courier companies like FedEx Or DHL and through international speed post. For domestic orders, we ship mainly through well-known courier companies.

Our estimated delivery time is usually 5 to 12 business days depending upon the location. 

Payment Methods

Online Payments made through Paytm/Netbanking/Credit/Debit Cards/UPI issued in India. We do not accept COD. 

Credit Cards

We accept payments made via VisaCard, MasterCard, and American Express credit card.

For paying through your credit card at checkout, you will need your card number, expiry date, and the three-digit CVV number (found on the backside of your card). After entering these details, you will be redirected to the bank's page for entering the online 3D secure password.

Debit Cards

We accept payments made via VisaCard, MasterCard, and Maestro debit cards.

For paying through your debit card at checkout, you will need your card number, expiry date (optional for Maestro cards), and three-digit CVV number (optional for Maestro cards). You will then be redirected to your bank's secure page for entering your online password (issued by your bank) to complete the payment.
